What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email if you give it, your vehicle registration, a description of the damage, whether it’s an insurance claim, and any photos you upload. If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out the repair, and deal with your insurer if you ask us to. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission.

Legal basis

We handle quote requests because you’ve asked us to (steps before a contract) and to carry out repairs (contract). Analytics runs only on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from cookie settings.

Who we share it with

We share details with your insurer where you’ve asked us to handle a claim. Our website and forms are hosted by Wix, which stores submissions on our behalf. Google provides Google Analytics and only receives visit data if you accept analytics cookies. Customer reviews on this site are shown using a widget from Elfsight, which loads from their servers when you view a page that includes it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and repair records for as long as we need them to deal with your repair, any guarantee, and our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
